I was absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted for a DANI award in the Food Blog Category 2017. It has really spurred me on to keep sharing the #nosugar #lowsugar love – a lifestyle choice that works and suits me. Anyone who is thinking of starting the plan can read through my earlier blog posts to get great tips and menu plan ideas to get them started on the initial 8 week journey – this kick starts your new #nosugar #lowsugar lifestyle. Once you have completed the 8 week plan, then my food tips and finds will help you maintain your lifestyle choice and please feel free to share any of your own.
There are so many options for people when it comes to choosing a diet plan – I’ve tried pretty much all of them and a few months later I put the weight back on. The main reason I believe that giving up sugar has worked for me, is because I no longer have ‘sugar cravings’. If you can manage the 8 week plan, you will be rewarded at the end with weight loss, a new shape, and a better eating regime that doesn’t include sugar. I’m not on any sort of commission by the way to promote the plan – I just like to share the plan with others, because it works. Sugar is not needed in food, so there is no need to eat it. Believe me when I say, that life is not boring when you choose a low sugar, no sugar lifestyle going forward.
For some inspiration have a read through the following links from Dr Michael Mosley about the plan:-
